To secure and maintain a suitable facility as a sanctuary for the Fraternal members, their families and guests.

To establish a center of work and interest for the members in order to improve their health, physical and mental condition and to promote camaraderie, fraternalism and culture.

To sponsor workshops, seminars, training programs, hold meetings, and social gatherings to stimulate the intellectual and spiritual advancement of our members and the community.

To support the collection and distribution of funds for needy and deserving community youth.
•
To support other charitable, civic, community, and fraternal organizations in providing the community with needed services.
The Brothers of Eureka Lodge No. 36 F&AM Prince Hall and the Sisters of Estella Chapter No. 7, Order of Eastern Star, have united to be the intersection of goodwill, family values, and mutual care, which allows us to share a space for the benefit of our members and the community of Rochester, NY.
Our mission is to maintain and enhance all property owned by this corporation. To ensure the property is available and utilized to the benefit of the community and our member organizations. To thoughtfully consider a financial endowment and future property ownership for the organization.
Our vision is to continuously improve and maintain all owned property so that the good works of Eureka Lodge, Estella Chapter, and partner community organizations can thrive, grow, and be a recognized and supported entity in the Rochester Community.
