To establish a center of work and interest for the members in order to improve their health, physical and mental condition and to promote camaraderie, fraternalism and culture.

To sponsor workshops, seminars, training programs, hold meetings and social gatherings to stimulate the intellectual and spiritual advancement of its members.

To support fund for needy and deserving community youth.
